3. The Devil's Garden Area
The Devils Garden area has trails to a number of arches. These are just a few, with some looks back to the La Sal range again, of course:
OK, OK, enough of the Devils Garden, but where are the arches?
Here are the two Tunnel arches that worm their way up and through this massive wall:
And here is the Pine Tree Arch with some vistas into the distance:
What do you see in the distance from within Pine Arch? Of course, another arch!
Aubree, who took more than half the photos on this trip, took great delight in climbing up into this sand-filled space:
By now the sunset was past in the lower parts of the park, and was imminent at its higher reaches, which is where we headed next: the Windows area.
