Back down the peak trail
				The peak ahead is where the car trip from Provo Canyon ends, if you follow the unpaved part of the road and walk a few steps. Coming up from the city through Rock Canyon is the preferred way, however. There is no trail from this northern peak to Squaw Peak, as far as I could tell.
	Besides oak, scrub oak, and several pines, the quacking aspen appeared everywhere where there was a meadow or other open space.
