Places Visited, on Three Continents

PART THREE: NORTH AMERICA---U.S. State of WASHINGTON

We lived six years of our lives in Washington.  In Richland, along the Columbia River just before it absorbs the Yakima River and the Snake River.  I worked there at the Hanford Site, A Cold War nuclear installation, for two different organizations: Rockwell-Hanford Corporation, and then the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.  We visited many places in the region, some very scenic like Mount Rainiew and the Columbia Gorge, but most of these visits were prior to my discovery of digital photography.  So the only visits I have to share on the internet are these very recent ones.  Hopefully there will be more visits.

Dispersing my brother Alex's ashes at Pillar Point on the Strait of Juan de Fuca, along the north shore of the Olympic Peninsula.

A walk in a beautiful park in Seattle: Green Lake Park.

Two walks along the Columbia River in Richland.
