After returning from my trip, I went to the library at the University of Nevada
at Las Vegas and perused several additional books to set Marguerite
into a
wider context. Why? Because I don't want anyone to get the impression she was a lone mystic in her place and time. In fact, there was a serious "problem" with many mystics making many claims that did not sit well with the Church. Revelation from God declaring the Church and its sacraments useless was not welcome. I learned things from these sources, you will too. |
