Dalou is a place I liked. Still a little village. Like Celles it sits in a tributary valley to the main Ariege valley, but very close to where the two meet. So what did I like about it? The places' look, it was well cared for; and its feel, calm and comfortable.

The church is the one where Barthelemy worked, near which Beatrice lived, and which Beatrice and her girls attended. It is here they first met and became lovers. The church and its cemetery both dominate and decorate the old part of the village.

So, why just these pictures? Because there isn't much more to the village that looked old, to me.
